Thought i was getting q good deal. It would be so much easier if weekly payments came out instead of fortnightly. You know, half 1 week and half the 2nd week. It would still add upto the fortnightly amount.

Prompt response to initial enquiry. Encouraging conversation/ communication to establish need and purpose of new policy. A 'Top Up'. Prompt response on draft docs (email) enabled confirmation of policy. On review of docs discovered error no doubt my fault (hearing is an issue). Amendment resolved in 24 hours. Confirmation of Policy proceeded. Excellent! Thanks to all staff involved especially Frances.!
