The young man (he sounded young) who I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. Plus he was a speaker of English as his first language so we could understand each other. He gave me plenty of information. And yes I would tell my friends. Must add I cannot stand your ads on the telly.

The service given was pretty good although we had some communication problems at the beginning. Because I am hearing impaired and use two hearing aids, I have problems using a phone. Unfortunately everything had to be done over the phone & I could not understand every thing that was being said making it stressful at times. There must be more people like me (especially at this age bracket) so some changes to help people in this situation could be made.
