Premium seems a bit high. I worked out that by 68 I should have paid 10 thousand into the premium.

One thing I did not like is when you enquire about any insurance. You have not agreed to signing up. At times I felt forced into signing up. I was certainly interested in funeral insurance. But I would like to make an informed decision not feel badgered by someone wanting a sale.

I normally do not give bank details over the phone however, after reviewing the contract, waited a week and consulted with other company offers before confirmation.

The service given was pretty good although we had some communication problems at the beginning. Because I am hearing impaired and use two hearing aids, I have problems using a phone. Unfortunately everything had to be done over the phone & I could not understand every thing that was being said making it stressful at times. There must be more people like me (especially at this age bracket) so some changes to help people in this situation could be made.
