I felt slightly pushed into making my purchase, as I was only inquiring about the cost next thing I know I'm handing over my bank details, and told that I can cancel my account within the next 7 days, don't push so ****** hard I am going ahead with the insurance but please consider that like myself people are comparing companies and shouldn't have to feel tied into your product because your the first company they ring

The service when I emailed to inquire was great. I got a call the next day. They emailed the policy within a few minutes. However after looking at it we decided we could not afford it and emailed back to cancel. Still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation

I rated a 4 star as they were very through when explaining what they were able to do for me. The pricing plans were very good. The person talking to me was very friendly making it easy to understand what options I could buy and how they worked. I would recommend this to friends of my age as i can see the benefits this could have if you are on a limited budget.

Im someone who was looking to get cover for my grandmother, i called and from the start of the call i was given great info on the policys they have, great customer service, the lady i spoke with was very polite and very straight forward, there was no muck around no problems, smooth easy sign up and am now happy to say my grandmother wil be very well looked after when her time comes.
