I was impressed with the person who I was talking with. Professional, clear speaking, always made sure I understood what was said. I even had a little laugh along the way also. The costs were very thoughtful in the way that I felt it was fair.

The service was great considering advising the call taker about the time I had available to take the call due to being at work. The caller needs to be advised because of his persistent push on keeping me in the phone even though I told him I needed to go, I was late doing my own job and passengers had to pay the price of my lateness.
