I think that this insurance policy is a better fit for me all round. There are 4 aspects to the policy that I really like. I find it difficult to explain the good points of the policy but Benjamin did a very good job of explaining it to me. He was very clear and concise. He made all of the information easy to understand. The price for the insurance cover was alot better than i anticipated. Thank you for accepting me. Even though I was pushed for time because I was at work at the time of the call, the service was amazing and want to thank the call taker for his customer service and getting through the process in a short amount of time. Appreciated sincerely.

The service was great considering advising the call taker about the time I had available to take the call due to being at work. The caller needs to be advised because of his persistent push on keeping me in the phone even though I told him I needed to go, I was late doing my own job and passengers had to pay the price of my lateness.
