Then I met Brendon and he made the process very easy to make my decision to change. I wish I could say, I hope I never have to use it but it's inevitable that I will one day.

I have not used my senior Gold card for shopping except once at the supermarket, simply because the lady asked me whether I have a gold card. That's the first time I realized that New World do it once a month I think.

I had a lovely young man named Andrew who dealt with my application very professionally. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about my Life Insurance policy, etc. He was very clear in his communication, explaining everything thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble whatsoever and he put me at ease automatically. Together we were able to complete my application knowing that straight away I was accepted and now I have myself a Life Insurance Policy.
