My purchase experience with Sydney customer service representative "Jack" was professional. Jack spoke my languages eg the "free" word. Although Aussie based the NZ Seniors is about leaving a nice legacy behind for your beneficiaries eg mokopuna (grandkids). At an affordable premium rate Jack customised a package to suit my budget. And, i received a Free bonus offer valued $160NZD - the online Will.
