Fantastic phone operator from. Sydney call center not pushy with the products and after so many phone call between us and that was because of timing with a bussy time at present with my self, he understood when to call back if I couldn't talk at the time .

Magnificent I'm so happy that I can now have peace of mind. It's great to know that in my policy I have funeral costs covered as well as early payout in full for any early medical life diagnosis, etc. I was informed very clearly that I would not get payout if I committed Suicide especially within thirteen months.

I had a lovely young man named Andrew who dealt with my application very professionally. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about my Life Insurance policy, etc. He was very clear in his communication, explaining everything thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble whatsoever and he put me at ease automatically. Together we were able to complete my application knowing that straight away I was accepted and now I have myself a Life Insurance Policy.

Jessie was the name of the lady who helped me with my insurance cover.She was very polite,and well spoken,she explained my insurance cover very well and let me take time to answer,no rushing. I understood everything she explained to me and I have to say it was a comfortable experience almost like we were sitting in my kitchen and discussing this with a cuppa.Also the cover I purchased will be a big help to my family when the time comes.So thank you NZ Seniors and Jessie.
