I was very impressed with the way Locklin went through new policy's with me, answered all my questions and we has a few laughs also, great guy 😀. He was well spoken and I could understand what was being said. I ended up getting a new policy with Senior Insurance and Locklin had a big part helping me sign up a policy .Well done 👍😀

It amuses me not only this company but others that when they start the questions it's all honky dory until they've finished and you become an after thought once you've agreed or signed up.This guy although was very convincing began nicely enough until the end. He didn't even ask Is there anything else I can do for you. I wanted to know I've made the right choice not just ok I've got you see you bye. I was left to feel bewildered.

Pretty much standard as being perfomed by a call centre representative. Although her performance was what I expected, she was infact a wanted pleasure to deal with. I have in other times dealing with other call centres, have not had a pleasant experience at all.
