Wish to cancel proposal for $100000 life cover on investigation by my accountant he felt it was not value for money and advised not to proceed on the 20th July. We were impressed with the quick return of a phone call from our original email of inquiry. The man was professional, articulate, clearly understood and pleasant to talk to over the phone. He guided us through the process of our application smoothly and confidently which put us, (my wife and I) at ease with what we wanted to do. The process was not too time consuming and by the end of the conversation we had a policy in place with an email follow up and we are expecting a hard copy in the post shortly. Very impressed with the service. thank you
