Thank you for making this journey an easy process, user friendly and understable, it's so hard these days to understand what people are saying as there english is probably there second language and always speaking to fast... I'm sure I'm not the only one who fears I'm getting scammed because I can't understand what's being said BUT you're team and follow up call we're OUTSTANDING calm and polite so I do appreciate the effort it takes to help me get things done.

I had an extremely positive interaction with NZ SENIORS rep Jack, who was really quite helpful, re: the Life Insurance Coverage Policy of $60k, that I decided to go with, and the premiums I would be committed to paying on a fortnightly basis, which would be debited from my ANZ Bank Visa Debit Card, in order to keep the Policy active, Jack also raised the issue of the first premium payment of $73.91 thus being due on Friday 28th November, 2025, and that I would still be covered by the Policy up until that date, even though I hadn't paid the premium yet. So yes, well advised and informed by Jack. I do believe you may need to be more open as far as, say the fact that Pinnacle are underwriters of both NZ SENIORS, One Choice and probably others; because if I'm open with providing all my personal details to you guys, then it is absolutely imperative that your company's Policy reflects that fact in real time! Other than that one minor glitch which is not Jack's fault, but likely a reflection of Policy which requires tweaking re: the open transparency dynamic to its new customers, I'm all good to go, and now I am happy to be a NZ SENIORS customer. Kapai, Tu Meke e Kia Manuia!

The consultant who answered my query was able to build a good rapport when I discussed the policy. The premiums for what I want look good though I believe this is tied to the policy terminating at age 85. Further, I understand premiums are reviewed annually but I've been stung badly in the past with other insurers and their premiums jumping huge amounts annually. So I'm somewhat still weary in this regard.
