I take great pleasure in saying that I was given excellent service and enjoyed the whole process. The support person, Tristan, who walked me through from beginning to end, was genuine, friendly and helpful and treated me in a manner that made me feel safe, heard and human, not just another number on the list. As a result of this amazing service and the thourough breakdown of the policy I enquired about, I purchased cover to help alleviate the stresses that may come at the end of my time on earth. Stephanie, l thinks this is her name was very thorough and to the point and had everything explained to me about the contract she arranged, an example being when l realised the payment from me was cheaper per week l increased my cover from 30k to 50k.
