I appreciated that Angel took time throughout our phone conversation to ask if I had any questions. At no time was I made to feel pressured. Firstly, I am disappointed with the agent who contacted me. 'Just a few minutes' she said, when I told her I was just about heading out the door to work. Late for work I was, due to the call lasting 27 minutes. The agent was very pleasant, although did have to refer to other documentation for some basic questions. Might have been a new agent I guess.
