He was patient, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. If he said he would call me back he did. He never glossed over anything and ensured I was happy before moving onto the next step. I was spoken to by a woman who introduced herself as Amber. she was great, I ha connectivity problems an she stayed on the job for two hours until we ha the problem sorted, new Zealand seniors compares very well cost-wise with policies I have had in the past. the joining up process was seamless and simple. my mind feels so much better now, a huge weight has gone from my shoulders.
