From start to finish, the application process was a breeze. So very simple and easy to understand. Of course, this was made so much more perfect due to the CS Agent I dealt with. AAA+ Customer Service Skills. I can now sit back with peace of mind - that my children will not have to stress over any financial errors I may leave behind, The Seniors Life Insurance Policy I have purchase is a God Send.

I had pre - applied through a Facebook ad and within maybe 1-2hours I received a phone call. Going through all of the questions, terms and conditions and details, which by the way was very thorough, was completed in less than an hour. That was my fault, cos I am a bit of a story teller...lol AAA+ service (as mentioned earlier!

Was well explained Questions were easy to answer but one of the heart questions was hard to understand until she did a bit more research with her manager and then it became easier for me to understand. Approval was fast and it was able to fit into my budget. I only wished had a AP payment plan which is better for me to manage. But otherwise it was clearly explained Thankyou Reihana Ria
