Very enjoyable experience with the consultant that set up the Insurance Cover, but when he put through to add beneficiaries thats when it all changed, the person was abrupt, not a people person in fact she was so rude I put the phone down after telling her so.

Good that he wanted to be sure I understood all he said. But later the email said dd date. I realised it was wrong but it was too late to change it at 9pm. Wish he had confirmed the day of current date I picked. Also he should have asked me about beneficiary to avoid me now having to complete a form. Not good

Heidi was so friendly and helpful on the phone - not in the least pushy and gave me all the time I needed to consider my options. I rang back when I was ready to take things further. Unlike other insurance companies I obtained comparison quotes from who were hounding me on a daily basis. She made sure I understood everything and checked several times that I had considered whether this was the right choice for me.
