My experience was excellent, everything was explained so easily to me so that I understood. Everything was done in 30 minutes over the phone plus I get a hard copy in the mail and also it emailed to me as well. Zac put my mind at ease making sure I understood everything and answered any questions that I had. I was given options of how to contact them if I was unsure about anything. The experience for me personally was perfect, friendly and perfect phone manners. Thank you.

I appreciated that Angel took time throughout our phone conversation to ask if I had any questions. At no time was I made to feel pressured. OMG. Why do they have to read everything out when I'm only gonna read it all over again to sign it. Just get the main Question instead of reading it out. By the end of the call I so wanted to hang up during the call. That took a long time. I got tired of hearing her voice through the whole call. Shorten the questions.
