I am a first time Life Insurance buyer and was very nervous and a bit apprehensive with the whole process but when I got a call from Zac that all disappeared. He was such a lovely and very helpful young man, never rushing me with my choices, explained everything to me thoroughly repeating things if i needed Thank you very much Zac. Firstly, I am disappointed with the agent who contacted me. 'Just a few minutes' she said, when I told her I was just about heading out the door to work. Late for work I was, due to the call lasting 27 minutes. The agent was very pleasant, although did have to refer to other documentation for some basic questions. Might have been a new agent I guess.
