I was very impressed with your colleague who I spoke to regarding seniors life insurance. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I have given this a four star as I am waiting for the paperwork to arrive in my ketterbox. Otherwise it would be a five star.

Wish to cancel proposal for $100000 life cover on investigation by my accountant he felt it was not value for money and advised not to proceed on the 20th July. He felt the annual increase in fees would not be suitable for my circumstances Please cancel this proposal. John Lowry - McCausland. Firstly would like to say thank you for calling me back re my inquiry about your product . The interview went well but could be . I was told that I will receive my documents by post was expecting it to arrive as I am leaving tomorrow to go overseas . I have not received which is disappointed if they are sent thru email it is much easier for me .

Thought the premium for what I request is on high side Language used ,if I am a person from other ethnic group and English is second language, that could affect my decision to buy your product, due to the lack of understanding about terminology used .

Hi, I am really pleased with my purchase because it expires when I am going to be turning 85 years old and I think that is the most important factor overall, as some insurances expire earlier. Well we will see how it goes. Thanking you Karen
