1, it was done over the phone 2, did not take long 3, answered all my questions with patients 4, we got disconnected 3 times and the lady always rang me back or she was given a message to ring me. 5, She made sure I understood everything about the policy 6 took care of everything to do with the policy

I'm sure I'm not the only one who fears I'm getting scammed because I can't understand what's being said BUT you're team and follow up call we're OUTSTANDING calm and polite so I do appreciate the effort it takes to help me get things done.
