He worked quickly through all the protocols, gave me time to ask questions and assisted with required level of cover Fri. His knowledge of various funeral optiions. Businesslike and thorough!

Made it so easy. Helpful and fast. Covering us immediately. Explaining all my options very clearly. Very impressed with the process and knowledge of the person on the phone. Sent a request the night before. They were the first company to get back to me the next day before lunchtime. So they got the job!!
