They took time to explain everything and ensure I had full understanding of I was paying for. Premiums also don't increase with age so is very affordable, even for people on a benefit.

Prompt response to initial enquiry. Encouraging conversation/ communication to establish need and purpose of new policy. A 'Top Up'. Prompt response on draft docs (email) enabled confirmation of policy. On review of docs discovered error no doubt my fault (hearing is an issue). Amendment resolved in 24 hours. Confirmation of Policy proceeded. Excellent! Thanks to all staff involved especially Frances.!

Never just follow the thinking that the cheapest is the best way. There are many variables to the pricing of funeral cover, and NZ Seniors has offered me more value for money than any of the rest. Do your research and you may come up with the same conclusion as I did...thanks NZ Seniors!
