Due to family & friends having difficulty with Funeral expense lately decided to do something and purchase this product. Their advertising on Tv alerted me to Seniors nz. Made initial enquiry online for a quote. Their prompt response by phone and connecting to a very clear, knowledgeable person who detailed all aspects of this product without any pressure or hard selling I made the decision to proceed with the purchase. Documents were sent direct to my mailbox.

Could have been more personable. I didn't feel like the person was really interested about the questions I asked. I felt I was a nuisance with the reactions I received to my queries. To be honest, if I hadn't had made up my mind from my own personal research, I definitely would not have signed up based on the service.
