Every thing was to perfection.. The person thatt took my initial enquiry and follow ed through at every stage of the buying process.. was: highly professional, as answering all my questions without any hesitation. Obviously, she had great knowledge of the product, extremely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and service. All details were explained, in a way that I understood immediately.. The follow up by email option to simply click on the call back request box when ready to discuss the policy and confirm that I indeed I did want to purchase it. Was surburb in that she called me back within 2 minutes!!! I have noted this sales feature and will be definitely implementing it my company which is in development. One could sense her smile, hear her professional and light hearted humourous voice. All this added up to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. She was delightful in every way and at every time of contact. Her communication skills were outstanding!!! I shall never expect the same level of service again because it was and is so rare. Im someone who was looking to get cover for my grandmother, i called and from the start of the call i was given great info on the policys they have, great customer service, the lady i spoke with was very polite and very straight forward, there was no muck around no problems, smooth easy sign up and am now happy to say my grandmother wil be very well looked after when her time comes.
