The whole process was easy to understand. The customer service representative, her name was Jonavee( I apologise if I have misspelt her name), was polite and precise in her presentation so that if I didn't understand she would stop and answer any questions I had. But I didn't. It was very clear and concise. The conversation became easier and all information given was double checked and confirmed. So I signed up.

Francis was very professional, friendly and happy to answer queries I had. The timing of the call was also excellent and didn't mind repeating herself. She also came across with a happy attitude and knowledgeable about the product.
