Im someone who was looking to get cover for my grandmother, i called and from the start of the call i was given great info on the policys they have, great customer service, the lady i spoke with was very polite and very straight forward, there was no muck around no problems, smooth easy sign up and am now happy to say my grandmother wil be very well looked after when her time comes. It's the minimum at the moment, with the option to increase it. I have far too many additional commitments at present. This is about to change then I will increase monthly payments.

Product knowledge, clarication, terms and conditions right down to the finest of fine print was relayed over the phone with confidence. I normally do not give bank details over the phone however, after reviewing the contract, waited a week and consulted with other company offers before confirmation.
