I was VERY impressed with Danielle, the agent that I had all my dealings with. She was very efficient, re-called when she said she would and was very clear in all her explanations. Based on my experience to date I would certainly recommend NZ Seniors to any other friends who were keen to purchase Seniors Funeral Cover .

The lady that 1st contacted me was honest, up front answering my questions even though honesty may have put me off. The chap that jumped in when she was Ill or to show her how to close was immoral unethical or just a plain ****. No way words I buy a pencil off him.. however I have moved forward with the Lady at least so my lawyer can review the situation. Seems good policy though commission seems too high.. 190 %

All other insurance companies were offering the first TWO years covering accident only with no reduction in premiums ever. Why would anyone not want to take advantage of NZ Seniors offer for the first year accident cover only and it gets cheaper as you get older, I would've been stupid not to take up the offer...

the prime driver for us accepting = Pinnacle underwriting it. Premiums, policy conditions and actuarial background that takes age into account all good. NZ Seniors insistence on DD instead of our preference for Auto Payment was initially a deal breaker, but the Pinnacle connection won the day. I will be making overtures to Nz seniors at a later time to help remove that intractability.
