The person that I was contacted by who answered and explained the policy I was wanting did an exceptional job. Great phone communication skills and had immediate answers for any question I had. I found the individual who dealt with me to be extremely personable and polite. As well she was patient but most of all she responded in a like-minded manner with humour and laughter. Overall she maintained the integrity of the service she was promoting with clarity and honesty, it seemed. I was happy throughout the interaction.
