Price a higher than competition, but I was impressed by 12 months only stand down, and the general tone of paperwork etc. I could have got $10k cover from your opposition for the same money I will pay you for $8K.

the girl I spoke to was wonderful; I put an online enquiry through and she was on the phone within minutes. Very clear, great to talk to. Gave me space to think it all through. Called back the next day and sealed the deal.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. They could explain things clearly which is very important to older people. Documents were then sent to me so in my own time I could read them and get some advice. One important thing to remember is that not all older people have a computer or like me they have one but are not very confident when using it. All in all well done to Seniors.

I thought the waiting time of 1year before you are covered was great, I know some have 2 years and your cover for accidental death was also great. When I was told this that sealed the deal for me.
