Viewed website following TV advertisement. Received very prompt phone call and discussion followed. I worked for AMP for many many years and also Westpac Bnak. Fully conversant with Insurance. The lady was very pleasant to deal with, went through everything very thoroughly, understood my situation. The longer term benefits, discounts, one year refund are all helpful. No hesitation with proceeding.

I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed. I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. After shopping around for a while this certainly seems to have the best benefits although there is always the one medical question, "do you smoke?" which then adds about $10 extra onto fortnightly premium. Otherwise would have been 5 star.
