He was patient - I was attending a funeral - he called me back later. Then my mum had a stroke (recovered) so my discussion with him was garbled so we arranged for him to call back the next week which he did so I was appreciative of his apathy and persistence

Surprised with what the policy offered . Very happy with the payments and reduction after 12 months, and to know I'm covered immediately makes me feel comfortable knowing my children won't have a problem with funds as it triples my cover from 10k to 30k.after my death...Very Happy 😊 ☺

They were awesome from start to finish, made me feel very comfortable. There was no hidden agenda the lady I spoke to was upfront and honest and made my choice easy, after visiting many funeral plans and being left bewildered. I will recommend them to my family and friends as well

The agents were very thorough and clear in terms of disclosing all information that we needed to know. It just seemed a bit overkill as they told me "all calls are recorded and advice is general in nature and may not be suitable for your individual's needs" or whatever like 7 times in the conversation. I know you want to cover your ***** but it just dragged the whole process out.

I like that the premiums go down every five years, that they will pay out the cash benefit amount or all your premiums paid - whichever is higher and the cash in option from age 85
