All other insurance companies were offering the first TWO years covering accident only with no reduction in premiums ever. Why would anyone not want to take advantage of NZ Seniors offer for the first year accident cover only and it gets cheaper as you get older, I would've been stupid not to take up the offer...

I received excellent service from Ethan. He sent out the quotes then contacted me to see whether I wanted to proceed with the insurance. I actually did not get back to him straight away as I am a shift worker but when I did he was very professional and polite

the prime driver for us accepting = Pinnacle underwriting it. Premiums, policy conditions and actuarial background that takes age into account all good. NZ Seniors insistence on DD instead of our preference for Auto Payment was initially a deal breaker, but the Pinnacle connection won the day. I will be making overtures to Nz seniors at a later time to help remove that intractability.

They explained everything clearly and in simple everyday language. What was said was exactly as explained on the website. This insurance to me is far superior than any other funeral insurance offered by other companies. I would indeed recommend N Z Senior to others and I would consider if applicable to my circumstances other N Z Senior products that may be offered from time to time.
