Good service, all info given & questions answered, prompt & efficient, just the australian accent was slightly hard to understand if speaking to fast, and wondered why the call centre is in Australia, which made me wonder if the company is Australian owned.

Teresa, person i dealt with made choosing my funeral insurance very easy. Her explanation and options presented were clear and she was easy to follow. I only wish i had been given this opportunity much earlier. I will not have any problem recommending this product to any one.

Very happy with both of the folk I spoke with in regards to my enquiry. I've been wanting to do something for some time and never felt any offering fitted with my needs and budget. I was not pressured by either of them, I'd have ended the call if that had occurred.

The person I spoke on the phone with talked quickly and it was hard to understand her at times. She gave a huge lot of information at a time which was impossible to assimilate all at once. I knew I would be posted the information which I could read at my leisure and that I had a 30 day cooling off period so wasn't too worried in the first instance

I felt like I was being pressured into taking out this insurance by having to provide a bank account number BEFORE I had agreed to take up the offer. For that reason, I would like to cancel my Policy with New Zealand Seniors, & have the Direct Debit from my bank account cancelled as well.
