The lady was very pleasant to deal with, went through everything very thoroughly, understood my situation. The longer term benefits, discounts, one year refund are all helpful. I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed. I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. Victor phoned me 1 minute after I logged a request for a quote. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole process so simple. I was originally going to get quotes from multiple companies but the process was so simple, easy to understand, and suited exactly what I needed. Having a few other insurance policies I also found NZ Seniors to be remarkably good value.
