The phone conversation that I had with one of their representative was very clear, understandable, helpful and excellent phone manners. She explained every thing about the policy in how it works,and what I'm entitled to get. I'm also covered for accidental covers as well. I recommend Pinnacle Life to anyone.

The rewards are very reassuring as I am not paying for just funeral coverage. Also we loved the idea that your premiums ceased once you've reached a certain stage. And the recipients of the policy receive back or more than one may actually pay, the premiums are a higher than we pay per week but I'm prepared to give it a go. Thank you

It looks like a good product and very competitive in the market. All the compliance material that Harry had to read us was tedious. It os not designed to help us - simply to protect you so you can say "we told them about this ..." But truly, a five minute spiel read out at great speed is of no value to anyone. Can you find a better way to do this?
