Above average. I rang for a quote, got lead around your products instead of dealing with my query. What could have takes a few minutes took in excess of 20! Improvement in that area would be best.

Great policy that has enabled my partner and I to ensure we have funds/a plan in place to give our families assurance that when we pass we will not be leaving them in financial debt/in a stressful postion. Its great because I was declined life insurance due to my BMI too high & I cldnt find any other provider that would insure funeral cover for my age group. (31). Snr funeral insurance is also great as its affordable

The person I spoke to was very friendly and any questions I had was not a problem to answer, she was great. So glad I rang and am now covered. Thanks and would definitely recommend.
