Value for money contributed. I like the capped premium and the fact that I will not lose whatever I have paid into the policy. The fact that my beneficiaries will be paid out the higher of benefit or premiums paid is big plus factor. I like the reduction of 5% every 5 years. I like the 10% payback of premiums afetr 12 months. I like the fact that policy is valid after 12 months.

Courteous person on the phone - excellent discussion on what was offered for the Funeral Policy. Good help with completing the application. Prompt email response and postage of policy documents. My only concern is the credit rating of B. I would have preferred one of A. But trust that payments will happen and the parent company remains stable

The phone conversation that I had with one of their representative was very clear, understandable, helpful and excellent phone manners. She explained every thing about the policy in how it works,and what I'm entitled to get. I'm also covered for accidental covers as well. I recommend Pinnacle Life to anyone.
