Cost a little more than anticipated but nothing to be alarmed about. I expect nothing more than anticipated, an excellent cover with great add ons - eg premiums drop over time, the knowledge that in the event of death the payout to my nominated will be the end amount I'm covered for or the amount I've paid in, whichever is greater. I'm really happy with that. Thanks heaps. Overall, perfection.

Victor of NZ Seniors was a delight to work with. He was open and clear in what my needs were, helpful and informative. Polite and respectful. Cannot fault him. As for taking on an insurance (Funeral Cover) - the contract accepted looks to me to be far and away the best one to choose for myself. I am a paper person though and look forward to receiving the paper copy by mail in due course. Thanks so much for the various options available to choose from.

I found the NZS Rep very good. He explained everything very clearly. Also my questions were answered very well. I liked the fact that if he didn't know he sort help. I am 62yrs and found having some points emphased 3 times was not needed. However, I guess this is not always the case with many applicants being of different ages etc.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. They could explain things clearly which is very important to older people. Documents were then sent to me so in my own time I could read them and get some advice. One important thing to remember is that not all older people have a computer or like me they have one but are not very confident when using it. All in all well done to Seniors.
