I was VERY impressed with Danielle, the agent that I had all my dealings with. She was very efficient, re-called when she said she would and was very clear in all her explanations. Ethan was very informative, well mannered and confident, he answered all our questions and most importantly was patient with my dad who has basic vocabulary and cannot hear well, we also asked for premiums to be paid fortnightly on a certain day, so in the end we chose NZ senior because of what we liked in the policy, it was just a little higher in premiums compared to the other funeral insurances but the benefits far exceed the price and is still affordable. Dad's happy I'm happy
