Slow down. Respond to what is asked. If you are asked for written information, send it, don't call. Don't fob the enquirer off by saying the written information has no calculations. Provide some examples. And by the way your little comments as I type are annoying.

After shopping around for a while this certainly seems to have the best benefits although there is always the one medical question, "do you smoke?" which then adds about $10 extra onto fortnightly premium. Otherwise would have been 5 star.

Compared funeral cover with 3 other companies cover. After working through the contract and costing over both short and long term, this policy, for me, was best for me. May not be for everyone, but very good for my circumstances

Excellent customer service received. After my initial enquiry and quote received, I made further phone enquiries regarding the information received. Although I had references to quote to the representatives, I was thrilled to be transferred to the same person I originally spoke with. This save time in repeating my requests etc and made the whole process easier to manage from my end. Compared NZ Seniors funeral contract against three others, and YOU CAME OUT ON TOP!!! Congratulations and keep it up. Awesome product, awesome customer service
