I am very disappointed to discover after doing the maths to find that for $8000.00 cover I would be paying over $20, 000.00 in premiums by the time I turned 90 years of age. To say I was shocked is an understatement and am taking the cooling off option of cancelling. I should have asked about administration fees!!!

Disappointing, simply due to the dictatorial way I was spoken to and the fact that the sales person appeared to lack thorough product knowledge demonstrated by the apparent necessity to keep checking with the manager to answer simple questions I put to the sales person. Also, I was really frustrated that my name was incorrectly spelled which I didn't discover until confirmation of cover arrived, and I have since had corrected! However, the product itself was attractive when compared with what is available in the market place currently

The person I spoke on the phone with talked quickly and it was hard to understand her at times. She gave a huge lot of information at a time which was impossible to assimilate all at once. I knew I would be posted the information which I could read at my leisure and that I had a 30 day cooling off period so wasn't too worried in the first instance

Highly competitive, love that you get back what you put in ie: if your total premiums put in, are higher than the value of your policy that you took out, at the time of your passing, it's the higher amount that is paid out to the family!! I looked at all the other top funeral cover providers and none of them offered this.
