Victor phoned me 1 minute after I logged a request for a quote. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole process so simple. I was originally going to get quotes from multiple companies but the process was so simple, easy to understand, and suited exactly what I needed. Having a few other insurance policies I also found NZ Seniors to be remarkably good value.

The information given to me over the phone was clear and easy to understand. My enquiry about a funeral insurance quote was replied to promptly and included full details I had read online. I was able to ask questions and I felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the entire time due to the feeling of not being subjected to unnecessary pressure to buy a certain product. I was able to make my own choice and feel good about it thanks to your considerate staff. Can you produce a Card similar to a Debit Card with Policy Number, Name, Details and Beneficiary Details. This Card can be held by the nominated Beneficiary to assist with Fast-Track claims. The Policy Holder would not need a Card but a Card should assist Administration Staff.

She explained every thing about the policy in how it works,and what I'm entitled to get. I'm also covered for accidental covers as well. I recommend Pinnacle Life to anyone.

The rewards are very reassuring as I am not paying for just funeral coverage. Also we loved the idea that your premiums ceased once you've reached a certain stage. And the recipients of the policy receive back or more than one may actually pay, the premiums are a higher than we pay per week but I'm prepared to give it a go. Thank you
