Excellent service. I was most impressed with the person I dealt with throughout this process (Christopher.) He was very patient with my needing to go offline for a few days while half way through communications and advice he was providing. And when I was able to feel I could go ahead with things, he was very thorough with advice and communications. Thank you very much indeed. I am feeling very satisfied.

Very impressed with how we were treated. The agent assigned to us was VERY helpful and made applying so easy. And the payments are manageable for both my husband and I. And I was so happy that he was able to contact us late evening as I am unable to use the phone during working hours due to being a truck driver. Thank you. Also after losing my sister so suddenly her children had a bit of difficulty meeting the financial demand for burial. But we were all able to chip in. Because of this we do not want our daughter to go through the same difficulties as she is an only child. This has given us peace of mind. Thank you.
