I take great pleasure in saying that I was given excellent service and enjoyed the whole process. The support person, Tristan, who walked me through from beginning to end, was genuine, friendly and helpful and treated me in a manner that made me feel safe, heard and human, not just another number on the list. As a result of this amazing service and the thourough breakdown of the policy I enquired about, I purchased cover to help alleviate the stresses that may come at the end of my time on earth. Going through all of the questions, terms and conditions and details, which by the way was very thorough, was completed in less than an hour.
