New to this, Senior Life Insurance My experience with them was straight forward, easy and explained clearly.. Asked questions were answered... Everything was sent in the mail for me to look over before making a final decision... I do believe I have made the right decision, and it has given me peace of mind that my family will be taken care of when the time comes to bid farewell.

He was very helpful because of his accent sometimes had to ask to repeat for me but he was patient, very nice, happy with his service and product. Would like to discuss funeral plans also at some stage

Attentive and great listening skills with Jay (?) who helped and advised as we progressed through, I had quite a few questions as I have not had to delve with this with our previous cover for 22 years so just wanted to ensure i understood cover, Jay was very patient and i felt that she really listened and therefore able to provide answers accordingly.
