We are retired and do not get out of bed till 9.30ish, because I dont go to bed until 1-2 in the morning doing stuff on my computer.....so to be woken up early was not nice and was not even asked if this was a good time to call.....Victor just went into his speel......your people should ask and I would have told Victor to all back after 11.00 when I have had my coffee and breaky....was a bit terse with him, sorry.

The customer service representative, her name was Jonavee( I apologise if I have misspelt her name), was polite and precise in her presentation so that if I didn't understand she would stop and answer any questions I had. But I didn't. It was very clear and concise. The conversation became easier and all information given was double checked and confirmed. So I signed up.
