As stated above the experience with the consultant was excellent. The cover we purchased suited our needs, it was easy to understand and had very good benefits attached as compared to other Insurance providers. The only downside that on the website that when a customer purchased a policy there was the offer of a free 'will kit', when speaking to the consultant about it last night he advised that only applied to Australia and not New Zealand, please re-look at your website. I would really appreciate a 'will kit' as per stated on your website.

The consultant was polite, patient and very understanding our needs. We spent over an hour on the phone and nothing was a bother to him. The consultant was not bothered by the number of questions we had. The whole experience was pleasurable.

The policy is fit for purpose, as with my wife of 48 years,passing away on the 28th July 2019 ,i was able to sort out the monetary expenses as (1) I held a power of attorney and (2) her life insurance policy was a blessing. Now i have the satisfaction and security of not leaving my two siblings out of pocket when its my time to move on.

The person we dealt with, (Harry) was very informative, pleasant, patient & didn't try to force or pressure us to anything we didn't require or need.Intead of using big 50 cent words, everything was explained in "language" we could understand. We would have no hesitation in recommending Senior's service to people we know. We are well pleased.

I checked out a few companies offering similar services and I selected you because although slightly more expensive this was offset by the benefits that my family can gain, especially if I can achieve the 12 month natural death stand down period. The instant accidental death cover is also good peace of mind.
