Informative, clear speaking and personable lady on phone. Extremely prompt phone call! Clear info on conditions of funeral cover, with written backup promptly sent. Surprised the call was from Australia though! The time frame for making decision to go with it or not is adequate...and therefore no sense of any pressure. More expensive than I had anticipated, but also is the extra cover and opportunities offered.

Liked the options, and just have to wait 1year and 1 day before being covered. Other companies were two years. It was a little pricey then others but bigger benefits.
