Application info delivery so that information was understood because your agent was clear, precise All questions I asked were answered -delivered in the same measured pace he paid attention to what was asked without any confusing obfuscation in response. Just the one query I asked he wasn't sure of the answer he politely checked out within less than a minute he was back and delivering the answer simple definitive clear -understood by me immediately.
