Great service & information. Given different options of cover and premiums to consider; Karen was very friendly, helpful and informative. Answered all my questions. I had asked for these quotes as my current provider had made a massive premium increase so I was checking out alternatives. Very pleased that I made the enquiry; had time to consider with my husband without feeling "pressured" by Karen. Happy customer.

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.
