Great service & information. Given different options of cover and premiums to consider; Karen was very friendly, helpful and informative. Answered all my questions. I had asked for these quotes as my current provider had made a massive premium increase so I was checking out alternatives. Very pleased that I made the enquiry; had time to consider with my husband without feeling "pressured" by Karen. Happy customer.

The insurance agent that answered the call, When I wad inquiring about getting funeral cover. She was very nice & gave me all of the answers to the questions that I asked her. She also gave me all of the costs of insurance cover for the different amounts. I was happy with the information I was given & really helpful. Thank - You
