1st person I spoke to was excelent, he then transferred me to put a beneficiary on the policy which was supposedly done but the policy that has been sent soesn't show that person.

The lady (in Australia) was very knowledgeable, she was pleasant to deal with. I find when people read from a script, they tend to talk fast and don't stop to give first time clients to ask a question. You have to continually interrupt them to ask a specific question about what they have said (which made me feel uncomfortable).
