Several days ago I enquired about funeral insurance and talked to a very pleasant lady about options. I accepted a quote for cover and supplied my details. I was advised that an Email would be forwarded to me immediately detailing my purchase. No Email was received so I am wondering about the credibility of this company and considering terminating this agreement.

I was always thinking about getting funeral insurance after a close brush with the Grim Reaper but never did much about it. Then someone at my work died and didn't have any insurance (at all) leaving her family to pay for her funeral which was in the region of $11k. I decided I didn't want that for my family, so I filled out the online form for a quote. About 20seconds later, I got a call and told that I could get $10k funeral insurance for about $10 per week (it was actually $10.21 or something like that). So, I signed up there and then on the phone and it was instant. The person I spoke with was friendly, I could understand what they were saying, and there was no legal jargon that I had to navigate. 10/10.

An exceptional experience end to end. Ashton understood what I was looking for and asking. His approach was professional and explained product options, benefits, premiums and was happy to work with me on pricing. The young lady I spoke to finalise my funeral cover was also exceptionally professional and explained everything in detail again when I changed my mind from my original request. Nothing these to employees demonstrated seemed too much and one could hear in their voices their desire to understand one's requirement and need. An absolute 100% experience.

Every thing was to perfection.. The person thatt took my initial enquiry and follow ed through at every stage of the buying process.. was: highly professional, as answering all my questions without any hesitation. Obviously, she had great knowledge of the product, extremely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and service. All details were explained, in a way that I understood immediately.. The follow up by email option to simply click on the call back request box when ready to discuss the policy and confirm that I indeed I did want to purchase it. Was surburb in that she called me back within 2 minutes!!! I have noted this sales feature and will be definitely implementing it my company which is in development. One could sense her smile, hear her professional and light hearted humourous voice. All this added up to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. She was delightful in every way and at every time of contact. Her communication skills were outstanding!!! I shall never expect the same level of service again because it was and is so rare.
