Felt pressured to take a policy even though there was a 30day cooling off period. Didn't like the idea of handing over all my bank details when I hadn't decided to accept the proposed policy. The person who rang me after I cancelled couldn't even get her words out and I almost hung up. Not very professional.

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.

My first impression based on your Representative that I spoke too was, very knowledgeable in the different policies you have and their prices, very helpful in talking to me about my option's, found him (Ashton) very easy to talk to because he was clear with the information he was giving me and gave me information about the approximate cost of the 2 types of funeral options I have been considering. I have never heard of Pinnacle Insurance until now.
