Very satisfied after speaking with your Consultant. I am quite frankly sick of all the ads continually screened on TV night after night and would have to say that the conversation in your ad with that lovely lady convinced me to make the decision I have! The gentleman making that ad with the lady very professional!

Excellent! Lovely lady consultant very quick to reply to my email seeking quote. Originally wanted Funeral cover of $10k but when I heard the quote it was unaffordable with only Pension to live off. Your consultant reviewed my request and we agreed on $8k. Unfortunately I couldn't get cover for my Husband as he is 91!

He worked quickly through all the protocols, gave me time to ask questions and assisted with required level of cover Fri. His knowledge of various funeral optiions. Businesslike and thorough!

Made it so easy. Helpful and fast. Covering us immediately. Explaining all my options very clearly. Very impressed with the process and knowledge of the person on the phone. Sent a request the night before. They were the first company to get back to me the next day before lunchtime. So they got the job!!
