An exceptional experience end to end. Ashton understood what I was looking for and asking. His approach was professional and explained product options, benefits, premiums and was happy to work with me on pricing. The young lady I spoke to finalise my funeral cover was also exceptionally professional and explained everything in detail again when I changed my mind from my original request. Nothing these to employees demonstrated seemed too much and one could hear in their voices their desire to understand one's requirement and need. An absolute 100% experience.

Every thing was to perfection.. The person thatt took my initial enquiry and follow ed through at every stage of the buying process.. was: highly professional, as answering all my questions without any hesitation. Obviously, she had great knowledge of the product, extremely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and service. All details were explained, in a way that I understood immediately.. The follow up by email option to simply click on the call back request box when ready to discuss the policy and confirm that I indeed I did want to purchase it. Was surburb in that she called me back within 2 minutes!!! I have noted this sales feature and will be definitely implementing it my company which is in development. One could sense her smile, hear her professional and light hearted humourous voice. All this added up to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. She was delightful in every way and at every time of contact. Her communication skills were outstanding!!! I shall never expect the same level of service again because it was and is so rare. The customer service representative I had was AMAZING! They were patient, friendly, empathetic, genuine and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was their only customer for the entire day and did not feel rushed or insignificant. The best CSA I have had in a long time .. well done Aidan!
