Just received policy schedule and it contains many errors! Spelling of names, the amount and the frequency. The rep also assured me that I would receive the policy via email as well as a hard copy but there was nothing. I have to phone again and redo the whole process over again. CS reps need to take more care and pay attention to customer queries when processing new applications. Not happy with the service but happy to wait for an outcome.

Sales rep was very easy to understand, and very engaging in the conversation with me. He was very attentive and listened when I spoke, too. He had a very caring attitude, and explained everything with ease. My experience with NZ Seniors has gotten off to a very good start....and I am covered for my funeral expenses now. When the call ended, I felt a huge relief just knowing I have made it possible for my daughter to give me the 'sending off' without the money factor burdening her.
