They made purchasing a funeral insurance policy really simple and easy however, when my parents changed their minds and wanted to cancel, it was abit of a process. First I had to wait for a callback because the person I spoke to couldn't cancel the policy? Then when I spoke to someone who could, I had to tell them 3 times that we wanted to cancel the policy and she STILL tried to sell me on their products! In the end I told her that I have already been told about everything she was telling me and didn't need to go through it again as we just wanted to cancel!!!

They were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase a policy. I was made to feel special and important but when it came time to cancel I was frustrated that I wasn't being heard when I asked to cancel the policy. Now I understand why my parents didn't want to talk to them on the phone.
