The interviewer slowed their speech so I had time to hear them. They were concise in the words they used and explained very well. As a new client I cannot leave a 6 star rating as I have no comparitor to compare with.

excellent service. Not pushy, and very informative. The service person remembered some things from a conversation a week earlier. Very Impressed. I would recommend to anyone looking to be covered. Yes it is a bit of humor. Only way to go. :)

Several days ago I enquired about funeral insurance and talked to a very pleasant lady about options. I accepted a quote for cover and supplied my details. I was advised that an Email would be forwarded to me immediately detailing my purchase. No Email was received so I am wondering about the credibility of this company and considering terminating this agreement.
