The person who spoke to my wife and I on the phone was polite, helpful and professional at all times. He listened to our current situation and supported us through the process of obtaining immediate cover. Documentation was emailed through straight away and we were informed the hardcopy of documents would be in the post which is greatly appreciated. The process was quick, easy and efficiently handled.

We were impressed with the quick return of a phone call from our original email of inquiry. The man was professional, articulate, clearly understood and pleasant to talk to over the phone. He guided us through the process of our application smoothly and confidently which put us, (my wife and I) at ease with what we wanted to do. The process was not too time consuming and by the end of the conversation we had a policy in place with an email follow up and we are expecting a hard copy in the post shortly. Very impressed with the service. thank you

Good that he wanted to be sure I understood all he said. But later the email said dd date. I realised it was wrong but it was too late to change it at 9pm. Wish he had confirmed the day of current date I picked. Also he should have asked me about beneficiary to avoid me now having to complete a form. Not good

Heidi was so friendly and helpful on the phone - not in the least pushy and gave me all the time I needed to consider my options. I rang back when I was ready to take things further. Unlike other insurance companies I obtained comparison quotes from who were hounding me on a daily basis. She made sure I understood everything and checked several times that I had considered whether this was the right choice for me.
